Random 2-3k latency spikes

This has never happened in the prior leagues I've played.
Happens mainly in maps. Will be 20-30 ms in hideout. Running through the maps, ping will go up to 50-100ms. Then random spikes to 2k-3k. Unplayable. Tried different gateways. Ran NordVPN and still spiking (usually fixes any routing issues for other games like Valorant). Think this is on GGG's end - I can understand lag to like 60-100ms, but complete freezing at 1k ms is not my internet. Speedtests/other games play fine, it's only POE that has this issue. Same issue here. Take a look at global chat next time it happens. If you're in an active channel you'll notice everyone else mention it at the same time. It's definitely on GGG's end and they thus far have not acknowledged it.
