Sirus fight remains an example of bad design.
Floating Sirus blocking player vision in the fight is absurd and should never have been in the game.
Moving storms are an actual joke. I just spawned in after dying to the first issue only to have a giant storm over the door that instantly killed me. Aside. Personally, I just dislike the cycle.
In Conquerors of the Atlas they made Influenced items the only ones worth crafting or finding and those influence items will stop dropping unless you clear Sirus then repeat the loop. Contrary to this Elder and Shaper influence could be moved around the T14 map sections and you were never actually forced to do Uber Elder. These items wasn't as required either. Dynamic tilesets, enemies and modifiers are a keystone of ARPG design. Elder, Shaper, Sirus, Catarina, Maven. All these are MMO designs so unless GGG wants to add a new Sirus every 3 months like an MMO does. I'd suggest they abort this method for a end-game cycle. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac
