Grace mana reservation efficiency mod still bugged

My amulet that gives increased grace mana reservation efficiency makes my grace cost 250% mana suddenly.
When I take off the amulet, it reverts to 42% mana. It occurred after dying in a logbook to a boss (boss had the petrification mod, idk if this matters).
