Replica Emberwake doesn't inflict ignite

Hey.
Playing as an Elementalist with Shaper of Flames. Got my Replica Emberwake and was excited until used it. Currently skills DON'T inflict ignite with Replica Emberwake equipped! It was working good last league! Last bumped on Oct 31, 2021, 11:52:58 AM

It makes your ignites have 90% reduced duration, do you have any other modifiers to your ignite duration that would bring the duration to 0?

I ran an Replica Emberwake build this league too. As far as I understand, using Replica Emberwake reduces your Ignite duration down to 0.29s, possible to check with PoB. And anything below 0.3s isn't registered as an Ignite.
