Lost "The Kiss Goodnight" during Heist

Hi,

I've seen many threads about this Heist mentioning they're stuck with "The Kiss Goodnight" bottle, but I'm having the exact opposite issue.

Here I am standing next to the "Convenient Ventilation Shaft" where I'm supposed to drop the poison, but I have no bottle. I didn't notice it was gone until the end. I did go out and back into the mission a couple of times to vendor/stash some items, but unless I'm missing something that should just be possible right?

Clicking on the Shaft or talking to Karst (at the harbour) does nothing.



Also, the text upon entering the mission has changed from 'Poison the treasure' to 'Steal the target item'.

Same exact thing just happened to me. Quest item is gone and mission is unable to be completed.
