Cannot trigger fortify Ancestral Bond passive (bug report code: 1.205.901.172)

I'm playing with this totem https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1694250 build and it says that I should use fortify support+shield charge as main movement skill. But with Ancestral Bond passive (that gives you +1 totem placed but you cannot deal damage yourself) my character does not deal damage with Shield Charge and looks like it does not trigger fortify. Buf in 3.15 it worked as intended (at least when 3.15 patch was actual).

They changed how fortify works in 3.16.
