Gianna (heist) stuck in disguise - Underbelly

As topic, Gianna is stuck in her disguise and cannot open any other doors.

Happened in Underbelly.

Tried moving far away or out of the instance to reset her. It didn't work, she disappeared all together, whats left was the occasional swirl (and slam sound) of her changing animation.

Normal heist, hope it doesn't happen again during a grand heist.

The same happened to me, at least three times this league (Scourge). Gianna first stops doing her job while in Heist, so can't open door anymore, the heist is basically ruined.

After trying to return to the harbour and come back she disappears altogether and only the changing animation remains (with the swoosh sound).

She also disappears from the minimap, so the changing animation follows you whenever she would normally teleport to you.

If I try opening up another chest, she can still say her lines (even though I can't see her).

Tried this and it didn't help:
- Exit to the Rogue Harbour and come back
- Change/remove some/all items from Gianna's inventory (in Harbour) and come back
- Restart the game (fully quit) and come back to the heist
- Dying inside the heist (letting the enemies kill me by taking off my gear)

Any tips on how to recover from this would be appreciated.

Edit

Gianna reappears after the total lockdown and can function properly (open doors, attack, etc.). Reaching 100% alert level doesn't help, only the actual lockdown.
