Damage Over Time Mastery - Cruelty increased effect

Hi, it seems that the "Damage Over Time" Mastery with +30% increased effect of cruelty is not working.
Not even an inscrease in the tooltip DPS for my Creeping Frost, and other cold skills I'm using. Even in the buff icon (on top left of the screen), cruelty icon buff still display 40% (more damage) Thanks :) Last bumped on Nov 15, 2021, 7:31:43 PM

Bump, any update on this? POB does not seem to calculate 30% increase effect either.

The Cruelty effect is based on the hit damage, the same way as non-damaging ailments. So "increase effect of Cruelty" works just as "ailment effect" for an ailment, i.e. you need to deal a bit less damage in order to reach the same damage bonus from Cruelty effect.
The total maximum damage bonus from cruelty is capped and you can't exceed it with stacking "increased effect of cruelty" mod value. Problem: impostor syndrome
