Cant harvest craft defence on crystal belts with armour and energy shield prefixes

Haven't tested it with different bases, but it has happened to me with different crystal belts. any armour/energy shield blocks the harvest reforge for defense. other crafts work fine

Same problem, I used the 'Reforge with random modifiers, including a Defence modifier. Defence modifiers are more common' craft on my crystal belt with no issue; and when I tried to then use the 'Reforge with random modifiers, including a Defence modifier.' craft from the same harvest, it said there are no valid mods for this craft on this item.

I'm having this issue as well. It looks like it needs to roll both armor and ES to prevent rolling though.

This is also an issue with stygian belts. You can use more common defense, but not the regular defense roll

From what we found out this happens if the belt has all available defense modifiers that are available in the mod pool. As if the same check as "Add a Defense modifier" would happen to rerolls.

Also happens on rings. Seems like it's an issue with the harvest reforge itself rather than the bases.
