Rain of Arrows + Lethality notable bug?

Hi, I want to know if this is a bug or is it like the skill itself works. since the gem slower projectiles does not affect rain of arrow or blast rain I want to be sure if this is a bug or something nomar like slower projectiles.
As you can see in the screenshots the remarkable "Lethality" does not affect this particular skill (it does not affect Blast rain either) Rain of arrows Without Lethality  Rain of arrows With Lethality  Rain of Arrows gem use  ING:@Blaeknight 41# Characters LV100! 11/21/2019 Kalandra Drop! You should bug report it. That's definitely not right, though it could just be a visual bug. Have seen others mentioning the same issue with RoA.

Today's patch:
Fixed a bug where the Lethality Notable Passive was not affecting rain skills. 😹😹😹😹😹
