Berek's respite and abberath's hooves don't spread ignites from enemies that died from plorif

If the enemy dies with a ignite caused by an elemental ploriferation effect the "inflict equivalent ignite on each nearby enemy" doesn't trigger, the shock does but not the ignite, if i remove the plorif gem it chains normaly

is it working as intended? before 3.15 it used to work
