Blood Rage when using Energy Shield

Hi
So I'm noticing that I lose Health when my CWDT proc Blood Rage, I use lowlife build with Energyshield and Shavronne's Wrapping. Is this supposed to be like this ? Last bumped on Oct 27, 2021, 9:05:10 PM

" the health cost is a cost, not damage, the degen is damage so is taken from ES first. |
