Spell damage on hybris ES shields

Spell damage rolls on armour/es and evasion/es shields seem to be entirely removed, even though this was not mentioned in the patch notes. Noted that I was not recieving any spell damage rolls when trying to craft armour/es shields and went on to check poedb and craftofexile, where the mod is entirely gone. Went on to test with harvest caster crafts and fossils and no luck.

"Modifiers such as Chance to Block Projectile Attack Damage, Chance to Avoid Stun, Increased Global Physical Damage, Global Elemental Damage, Global Attack Damage, flat Mana gained on Block, percentage Life Regeneration, and Increased Cast Speed either felt out of place, or generally did not have impactful values. These can no longer be obtained on various Shields."

This is what the patch notes say about removed modifiers on shields. Spell damage is not mentioned there or anywhere else in the shield section.


Just wanted to note this change and hopefully see if it is indeed intended.
