So 3.16 Elemental Overload doesn't affect cold DoT, right?

It says "more Elemental Damage with Hits and Ailments" in its description and cold DoT isn't an ailment, right? Or am I missing something?

EO should affect the DoT
Cold DoT is not an ailment, but Creeping Frost (and most other Cold DoT skills) have "Modifiers to spell damage affect this skill's Damage over Time effect" However apparently the tooltip DPS won't change, giving the false appearance that it doesn't do anything. EO got changed to not being needed for DoT builds anymore, so u r right... it doesn't affect cold DoTs.
