Holy Flame totem will not cast

I was playing through act 1 and got to the end of the prison and my holy flame totem stopped working at the warden. It's not disabled, I have mana and all other spells work. I can bind it to mouse or key and it won't work. I saw some similar issues in the past involving screen resizing so I tried that but no luck. I restarted windows still nothing. I removed all MTX and that doesn't help either. This is on a lvl 10 witch.

Turns out this is all totems. I tried srs with totem support and it doesn't work. Without the totem support I can summon srs myself.
