Client Crash on Alt+Tab

If POE has been in the background for awhile (~5mins) and I alt-tab back in it crashes 100% of the time. Can be reproduced with a fresh launch, alt-tabbing to desktop or other apps for 5-10mins, alt-tabbing back.

This appears only reproducible when playing in Fullscreen mode. Windowed and borderless windowed do not reproduce the issue.

Secondary issue of windowed & borderless windowed have insane lag issues (talking like, 20-30fps instead of 140 fps).
