Stuck at loading screen(Latency=0MS)

I keep getting stuck at loading screens like every 20-30 min. Latency goes to 0 so i probably disconnect from the server and loading screen keeps going on forever until i close the game.

Anyone having this issue? Any solutions? Its really annoying.

Same thing happening to me.
Can't even finish uberlab with this ...
Same thing for me but even WORSE. When i open PoE right when it starts to load the textures it just stops, freezes, my pc ripped, has to restart, this happens all the time and its literally unable to open
Same thing, anytime i load into a new area i roll the dice to see if the game goes into an infinite load loop
Same issue for me, though I'm lucky if I even manage to enter a town at all without getting slapped by the infinite loading screen. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, verifying game files, etc., but this problem persists. It only cropped up for me a couple days ago. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Can you make a WinMTR report (300+ packets) to the instance IP that have this problem + also a WinMTR report (300+ packets) to an instance IP not having this problem.
Both IP's can be found in the client.txt file.
Same thing happens to me. My ISP is verizon. I think they do use vodafone. Well, I googled it and it looks like verizon bought vodafone years ago so im assuming........someone help! LOL!
