Grace has 100% reduced Mana Reservation Efficiency (Bug? goes from 30% to 70%?)

So i got a new amulet with the mod "Grace has 100% reduced Mana Reservation Efficiency" and appearently it just increases the cost of grace. This got to be a bug?

the mod is actually doing what it says.
but idk if that's intentional or not. other conquirer's amulets have increased efficiency but redeemer does not :/ d:-D*
