Unarmed (Unencumbered) crit builds are dead now?

Greetings, developers and all players!
Maybe I'm bad with this game, maybe didn't play very long or maybe just missed out something, but as I see - all crit builds with FaceBreaker or Unencumbered jewel (Cyclone is most notorious) are dead now, because basic unarmed crit chance is zero, so there is no point in crit chance/power nodes, not even mentioning that crits are essential on such builds like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tk1C21zeqwc on this one. You need the unique Rigwalds Curse to turn your unarmed base crit chance from 0 to 7.
