Put a stygian belt on a Defence are more common; the first time it worked, the 2nd it didn't for some reason.

Yeah I threw a bunch of bases at various crafts and noticed it sometimes said "no valid mods" and other times it happily rerolled for the same reforge craft ont he same item. Something's definitely broken here.

There's a clip of Lightee having that same issue too, but we don't see it on the list of PC Known Issues for some reason.
