GGG Charakter Restore?

Hey GGG, is this possible to get the Char back? I play on HC but with 3.16 i got a heavy Freeze on my Screen. I was in The Blood Aqueduct Act 9 with my Hero, and i get the Freeze. Now is my Char Died with Level 68 thats sucks so hard. When its not Restored or any Help than i never Play you Game in HC anymore. Its useless for my Lifetime :). Alltime New Chars its not the Fun what i have before 3.16.

We can not restore dead hardcore characters or lost items for any reason. This is a general policy and we do not make exceptions. Its the Problem with the Game, why GGG make nothing ? Okay fine than, HC is Die now, all Big Streamer play NHC because HC its useless with this Bugs and Crashes.
