Can't play in SA servers

I have to leave and rejoin every map until i don't get one that has 400 ~ 2000ms. Some of my friends also have this problem since this morning, i think some instances are broken, because after leaving and rejoining (2 or 3 times) fixes it.

If i pick another server (USA, even EU) it runs smoothly but the ping is bad ofc

I'm having the Same issue.
I'm using VIVO FIBRA.
And whjat i see is in few instances i get 16 MS
Than if i try to join agin it get like 3 to 10 k MS then i get disconnect .
I need to keep creating a new instances until i get a good map.
It also is happining with one of my friends. and he uses another internet and he lives in another city.

Same provider here, but my friend uses CLARO. I think its not ISP related but routing or something
