Game crashes

So this happenes to me quite often. When I open a smuggler's cache and it drops the quest contract which I'am never picking up, there suddenly spawns more green explanation marks on map which leads to nothing. When I come to them, the game just crashes. Not sure if there is problem on my side or GGG's side. https://ctrlv.cz/6Icx The game crashed right after taking the picture.
