Fortify with melee poison builds
Hey.
Not complaining here, i totally understand why fortify needed to be reworked for casters or ranged builds. But for melee poison build, we should have the opportunity to have it. Right now, i can't get any stack, i am playing melee range, with poison, meaning my damage are over time and not instant, but i sustain way less the income damage waiting for my damage over time to be dealt. Are poison melee builds considered like ranged caster builds ? Or is this change just doing collateral damages, wich seems a bad design if that's the case. Thanks !
