I have a vaal regalia on

if i change zones it doesnt register its es, my total in town is 11,994, but a portion is missing and i have 8,844, it wont recharge. if i take the chest off it recharges to full, i put the chest on and i get 11,994 full es. but if i zone it happens again.




so i went into blood aqua, took some damage, turns out i cant recharge es with this chest on. not just this vaal regalia...

all my vaal regalias turn off my es recharge on this character.

but if i use a white vaal regs or a unique one i get recharge, if i use a hybrid like this...

i get recharge.



not sure whats up, but i obviously cant play my character atm because of it.
