100% repro. crash entering a map portal on spawning!

1. Place map in map device and open.
2. Enter the first portal that appears right away. (no crash if I wait for all 6)
3. Crash. (no debug msg, just goes to desktop instant close)

Can reproduce it every single time.

OS - Windows 10 (21H1 v19043.928)
GPU - 1050ti M (driver v496.13)

Game settings:
- Windowed Fullscreen
- 1600x900 (native is 1080p tho)
- Vulkan Renderer
- Vsync off, capped fps at 60
- Dynamic culling on
- Everything else default
