Ignite Proliferation not working with Fire Mastery "Recover 2% of life ..."
If you have the fire mastery "Recover 2% of life when you Ignite a non-Ignited enemy", and you hit a pack of 10 monsters and ignite them all, you'd expect to recover a total of 20% life. Which does hold true if you do not have ignite proliferation.
But if you have ignite proliferation, the moment the first monster in the pack gets ignited (you recover 2% life), the rest of the monsters get ignited by ignite proliferation without recovering 2% life each, and when the spell actually hits the other 9 enemies. it doesnt recover life because they dont count as being non-ignited. As a result in most packs you only recover 2-4% life instead of 20%+ when igniting the whole pack. Suggested fix: Either ignite prolif should recover 2% of life when an enemy is ignited by it, or it should not change monster status from 'non-ignited' to 'ignited' so that when the base spell ignites those enemies it actually recovers 2% life. Hi, i want to support you on this bug report. What you say makes sense and it should be fixed, as now this mastery is basically useless since all Ignite builds use proliferation.
I'd add that all other "recovery on kill" mods usually recover over 20% for every single pack and nobody have problem with it. |
