Slow load times in 3.16

Same here a month later, this si still an issue and not listed on the known issues thread.

Game installed on an M.2 SSD and i still load for 10 seconds every time. Was never a problem in the past.

I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it will take over a minute to load a town or hideout (Rogue Harbour is especially bad for some reason). I'm using an SSD and have never ran into this issue before.
I've tried:
Using Vulkan and DirectX
Setting Nvidia shader cache to unlimited
Playing in windowed, fullscreen windowed, and fullscreen
Messing with Graphics settings

Nothing seems to change the long loading time.

What I've noticed looking in Task Manager is that the game will enter a loading screen, do nothing for about 30 seconds, then go "Not responding" for a period. Then, the GPU usage will bounce from 0.1% to ~80% 1-5 times. Sometimes, I can sometimes hear things going on in town or in my hideout for a bit before the loading screen goes away.

Relaunching doesn't make the load times shorter. They're long from the get-go.

/edit: Just wanted to add that this has been an issue for me since 3.16 launch. Had no problems that I can remember in 3.15. Packcheck said everything is fine.

I also am having the same issue and when you see my specs... you'll see by no means should I be. It takes 5-10 seconds to load my hideouts and sometimes in between zones. Below is my PC specs.

i9 9920x 12 Core/24 Thread
128GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM @3200 MHz
EVGA FTW3 1080Ti OC'ed at 50 Base/500 memory
ASUS X299 E-Gaming MB
Samsung 970 PRO NVME Drive for POE

This is a completely overkill PC, and I used to not even see zone changes. After 3.16, it has been horrible and makes me feel like something is wrong with my PC, but it doesn't occur in any other games.

Performance options - Adjust for best performance, worked for me.

Sign me up for this also, mega slow load times. I have tried installing on M.2 still slow. Installed on a Raided SSD array, still slow. Even tried a normal install on normal SSD same result slow. I never used to have this problem, something has changed/broken.

Bump, facing same issue, PC is medium, no potato. Problem started some leagues ago. I am on vulkan. I can hear other players for 10-30s seconds sometimes when loading into their hideout or map. Also seems to be worse if instance i go into is in other remote server (e.g. singapore).

Other than long loading times game runs pretty well.

I am sadly seeing this as well with one of the fastest m.2's on the market, Ryzen 3900X, 6800XT, and 32GB DDR4 RAM.

Got this problem just a few days ago. I used to update my graphic card's drivers to the newest ones and then crashes started. Tried reinstalling, clearing shader cache folders, switched from wlan to cable and still no result....
