Kirac is Missing in Scourge League

After I killed Kitava in Act 10 my quest just told to open a map using the map device, and I did not go through the whole Epilogue quest line. But now Kirac is missing both in my Hideout and Oriath, so my Picking Up the Pieces quest is stuck on Talk to Kirac in your Hideout for a map to use in the Map Device, and I already have the Chasing a Dream quest. So now I cannot talk to Kirac and I cannot open the Atlas using G.

You need to head to the Templar Laboratory first on Oriath upper-right.
You need to witness the map device breaking first. |

Got it, Thanks! Still gotta do the whole epilogue quest line. I guess in this case the actual bug is that the epilogue questline is not given to the player correclty.

I also killed Kitava and it ported me straight into Oriath with just Chasing a dream quest sitting there. I cant see Zana or Kirac or open my atlas but can do maps in hideout. ran down to look at map device and nothing happened

I did the q without having them too, but after the vault door i cant open the door without kirac. is there a workaround? maybe using another player instead?
