Guild hideout not saving/ unable to enter

At first i was just unable to save the guild hideout. Everytime I would attempt to join a new instance, lets say my own hideout or town, It disconnects me and give this error message.

"Operation cannot be performed because this instance is not the owner of the account."

Then if i attempted to log in and join the guild hideout again, it would show me some of the decorations from what I was working on, and some of the decorations from previous imports. So everything is stacked on top of each other and nothing gets saved properly.

I tried to reclaim all or use default as well to "reset" as well. But again when I try to join a new instance it gives me the same error.

Now, somehow that hideout is completely unreachable. If I try to join it it just shows "error: failed to join an instances. "

Note: the hideout in question is the sanguine hideout. Some of the other hideouts seemed to save imports, but I have not tried to edit in those hideouts.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. My issue is with the Celestial Nebula Hideout that I purchased for my guild. I imported three different layouts to see which I liked best, now all three layouts load at once and I can't undo it. I get the same error, "Operation cannot be performed because this instance is not the owner of the account." I can still access the guild hideout, reclaim all the assets, then I'm able to switch to a different hideout. This is the only workaround I have until this gets resolved. A bit aggravating after spending money on the Celestial Nebula Hideout and am unable to use it.

EDIT: To be clear, every time I load back to the Celestial Nebula Hideout, it loads up all three layouts at once again. I can reload the layout, but as soon as I try to leave the hideout, or change to a different hideout, I get the error. My only option is to reclaim and swap to a different hideout.

Okay I'm facing the same issue as well. Mine is also Celestial Nebula Hideout. I tried importing a few different hideouts and was working fine. I logged then relogged and for some reason the hideouts just completely merged. When I press "Reclaim All" and then "Use Default" - it does reset everything but as soon as I change maps and select guild hideout again I get the error "Operation cannot be performed because this instance is not the owner of the account".

Similar to Krusial my guild is also forced to change hideouts. Does anyone know if there's a solution to this?

Exact same issue here, tried reclaiming, resetting, importing default, swapping hideouts to something else and then back. Celestial Nebula Guild Hideout is permanently screwed up now. Really frustrating. GGG please help!
