Energy Blade will no longer turn on

I've been using it for the past 30 ish levels.

All of a sudden it won't turn on. I have the required ES, i have the required level for the gem. All of my gear requirements are met and gems requirements.

When i cast it i lose the 444 ES it requires, and it instantly regens. If i have auras on it disables my auras.

I've tried using a lvl one Energy Blade which didn't work.
Ive tried everything.

HELP

check your str, dex, int option in your weapon.
all option will be gone after activate EB.

also having this issue and it is extremely annoying. Have all required stats to use but it just turns off two of my three auras and won't turn stay active. Please help
