Items not showing for trade (not a time delay problem)

I have items that are not showing up on trade.

For example, I have a ring that has 151% resistance and I wanted to sell it. I threw it in my tab for 30c and then went about my business.

After some time I did not get any interest so I did a search for rings with 140%+ resistance and did not see my ring on the list. Then I thought maybe the search jut wasn't picking up the scourged mod on my ring, so I lowered the search for rings with 130%+ resistance. And still, my ring was nowhere to be found.

Then I did a search on my name, for items with a total resistance above 1. Only a single item showed when I have about 10+. I then swapped searching total resistances for just fire resistance, and then two items showed up (completely different items than the 1 that showed up for my total resistance search).

After toying around with a few different variables in the search function I can tell you with absolute certainty that I have no idea what the hell is going on.
