Invisible brands in Wetlands

I start using brands and by coincidence the first map was Wetlands.

The thing is - the brands are totally invisible in this location, at first I was so confused, that I though you have changed how the brands works. Then I try to alter graphics/network settings, restart the game, etc. - no avail.

Then after one of the game restarts I tried to cast brands in another location and they was working! So I checked Wetlands again and brands were totally invisible there.

Details:

- I tried "Storm Brand" and "Wintertide Brand".
- Casting them in Wetlands, act 2.
- Upon casting the bushes over which I cast are shacking and I hear the sound, but nothing is drawn, shown or animated, they are invisible, despite I can see brands counter in the buff area and they enemies will take damage, etc.
- Tried many conbinations of settings i.e. the bug is reproducable with all graphics settings marked as "default".
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti, Windows 7 64.
