No one can see my text I type

For some reason no one can see my text I enter in any area. Not in party chat or guild or anything please fix or help.

Same problem here, i don't think i can be muted without chatting at all haha, maybe its scourge league bug.

I too am having this problem - but I was able to chat just fine right up until I stopped playing in 3.15.

I hope into 3.16 today, have no chatted with anyone until sending out copy-pastes from poe trade, and get no response. I sent messages in global and local asking for people to reply to me, and got nothing.


If I am muted, and therefor cannot trade, why would I not be told, and for that matter, when did this even happen and why?



Other people in chat who I could see were complaining about this too (I could see them), and someone else said whispers were inconsistent for them.


What is going on here?




EDIT - created second character - they could chat in global at first, but when I played further, beat hillock and go into first town, no one could read the messages. Original character still cannot.

UPDATE - Seems to be fixed for now. Other people in chat also were saying things like "yay, chat works now".

That said - dont know how long this will last, and linking items in chat is still broken.


UPDATE 2 - and back to no one seeing any of my messages. Won't bother updating anymore - GGG knows the issue, let them finally fix, but if this going to take too long, I will just play something else and spend $40-$100 some other way.

PS - it cannot simply be an issue where all features or some for all people were disabled - other people were talking in Global just fine, and I was the only person, that I could see for myself, that was hidden.

All chat funcstions were disabled because of a realm wide DC issue.
So if chat works again now, I assume the issue was fixed.... :)

Issue not fixed. Can't talk to anyone, can't trade. Can see text though. Pretty annoying.
