Can't access act 2 - Crash in the Southern Forest

Whenever I try to enter Southern Forest I crash, new instances or changing the servers doesn't work, I even waited until the old instance was expired but I still can't get into act 2. I can't ask anybody for waypoint either since the chat is disabled, pain.

Was able to fix the problem by deleting the pack and letting it redownload. For some reason, checkpack would never finish if I ran it, it would get to about 40% and then quit.
