Sound issues when starting game

When launching game whole system sounds start echoing and reverbing, never goes away even after closing POE.
Sound device reactivation does not fix. Windows Audio restart does not fix. Only OS restart fixes problem. Last bumped on Oct 22, 2021, 3:53:29 PM
