[3.16] SST Chieftain Fire Mastery....will it work as starter, if at all?

So I played around with first POB update for 3.16. It has new tree with masteries but hasn't updated the nerfed SST skill gem. So I set SST gem to level 12 which is approximate too patch notes min-max values. Even with reduced damage the fire specialty of Chieftain plus fire and shield masteries still makes it about 2.3M DPS at level 92 character.

Gang's Momentum and Emberwake, both cheap, helped bring DPS back up to compare with legacy SST bleed builds.
