Serie X BUG

hello, before posting my problem, I checked and no answers being able to solve my problem were published.
My problem is that for 1 month I no longer see people discussing in the global / local, ect ... they do not see my messages and I do not see theirs. The pads at the top are all correct, I tried to reinstall the game several times but nothing works!
