POE do not start

Hello,
the following happens when I try to start POE (Standalone): 1- double click on the shortcut 2- fo a fraction of a second I see the check Download screen 3- screen get back, see POE cursor layout then it close I checked in Task Manager and it is not running Additional Information: PC neustart today I played and I did not do any modifications nor install a new program. i tried deleting the config file, it did not help, but i DL it agin

i tried to to run as Admin and it did not help too :/

I tried to repair using the Windows Install/Deinstall tool. it did not fix the problem too :/

i Uninstall and reinstall the game and it did not help, please help!!

I am having same problem in steam. Have reinstalled twice and verified game files. Also updated drivers. Ran as administrator. Nothing left to try. Please help. THis all happened after most recent patch.
