Login issue

Hello good people,
I've been trying to log in to my account having some strange issues. Here's a relevant part of the log: " I've tried everything I or your email support could think of (Thanks Kali), verified game files, tried a new dummy account etc. I'm running the game trough steam play (might be relevant), the menu runs fine with the new proton. Do you happen to have access to Windows or macOS (ideally on the same machine)? It would help if we could establish whether the issue is exclusive to one OS.
Could you run MTR against the authentication server? The error message being returned doesn't give me great hope that it'll be fruitful, but it doesn't take long and it's possible we're being treated to an overused generic error message. (Un)fortunately that's a negative on windows. Might give it a shot if I grab a new ssd.
Traceroute looks just fine, here's the log: " I suspected as much, looks like the connection is fine but the server rejects the login attempt because of some malformed information. And given that it's a persistent issue I'd say a network problem is unlikely. |
