Can someone advise me build for 3.16?

Hello. For the first time, I don't know what build to choose. I rly like not to die, so I always choose tank builds. My friend told me, that toxic rain champion will be good option for me.

ye there is 1 build viable in 3.16 and its toxic rain champ rest dead just like poe will be after this patch

Depends if you really want survivability over speed.
People play TR fast because it clears super fast and they dont mind dying a lot. A build like Totem Chieftain will survive bosses well and melt them but will not clear fast. PoB: https://pastebin.com/0fDCEzKY Will be 3M dps cheap, over 10M with moderate investment, will almost never die. |

Gladiator can reach 85-90% attack block / 50%+ spell block quite easy Champion perma fortify Jugg lots of endurance charges, armour is stronger than ever,... KB/Bolt/Siphon Wander (maybe intel stacking) Minion, totem builds Guardian ES/armour Take any good DPS build and make it more tanky if you want to survive ... It really depends on your preferences and taste. I have played intel stacking wander (KB + PS) Champion CI with block last time and it was super fun (good clear speed, good survivability ) It´s a decent league starter build to. You can play life version and convert to CI later and use any fast wand with some added elemental damage at the beginning (added cold/light damage support will do the job ). You can scale its damage to the skies later ... It´s not the cheapest build but I enjoyed it a lot:) There´s also The Squire new Unique Shield that will enable lots of fun builds Bitterdream + this shield is 12-link, ... I really wanna see that GLadiator with 85-90 block and 50+ spell block that is quite easily done. You have to sacrifice your mana, and most of your passive points, and you will have what DMG exactly ? 100 dmg ?
That is 500% nonsenses. Jugg is quite dead for quite a while. For Champion i agree, it's probably the most solid choice, along with Berserker for melee character. Can't talk for anything rest, but Caster/Ranger are always preferable. DMG > defenses always in POE. |

" Ok I have just picked some top cyclone Glad from the last league on Poe.Ninja, converted to 3.16 and add some block nodes nearby. https://pastebin.com/NzaAWBqh 85% max block (with just Ascendancy and a few nodes (including masteries) 6% spell block but It misses 25% spell block from new Tempest shield (it reserves mana) > I have dropped one aura and add Champion of the Cause but it would need some balance (PoB is not optimized for new gem ...) An extra 15% spell block is possible affix on shield now (it´s 46% spell block already) or you can get it from other sources (cluster jewels, ..) It costs what 10 passive points that will also boost your defense, resistance, damage ... There are also cluster jewels (jewels) with block/spell block, Rumis, cheap Anvil for leveling and things like that,... If you are happy with 60(65) block / 50% spell block you can take new Versatile C. keystone and be done. It´s not really hard to get nice block on new Glad and you will have plenty of room to improve your DPS/survivability This is expensive build (PoB above) but it has 15 mil.+ DPS? ... yeah 100 damage ...
