Character locked out of mine after update.

After logging in on October 18, after the update.

My character Level 43 Berserker was effectively locked out of the Azurite Mines.

The icon to visit the mines from the portal map, disappeared. I now simultaneously have the Nikos fuel and Nikos mine quests. When I ask nicko to visit the mine text tells me I don't not have the required quest state.
I have re-explored the mine and the fuel which I previously collected is no longer their.

I'm wondering if this would happen to other charters which enter expedition. or if this happened because this charter was in the middle of nikos mine quest. and Part of my game rolled back into a state where certain quest event triggers no longer occur.

Same here, locked out of the Delve after characters have been switched to Standard League after the patch.
Quest is reset to to "Talk to Nico in the mining camp" / "start the machine", but the waypoint is not available on teh world map and when using the dialoge option with Nico to "Go to Mining Camp", it says: "You do not have the required quest state"

The same happened to Einhar. The Quest was reset, but I was able to redo his first Quest, so the Bestiary, including waypoint became available agian.
The unlocked recipies are still there, but the complete inventory (captured beasts) is gone.
