OVERpowerded MASTERIES on JSON

Hi,

while looking throu the JSON some of those Masteries blow other out of the water by an order or magnitude.

Here is a list of exceptionally strong Masteries:
(ordered by Power, weak to strong)


------- Powerful Masteries
Mace Mastery
# All Damage with Maces and Sceptres inflicts Chill
Shield Mastery
# +1% to Critical Strike Multiplier per 10 Maximum Energy Shield on Shield


Usually a player hits a whole pack, this would be nothing short of a permanent Chill-Aura. If you combine this with TempoChain-Curse-Aura even Uber content will have a hard time to act on you.
The Shieldmastery will give you a SICK amount of CritMulti.



------- Crazy Strong Masteries
Evasion Mastery
# 100% increased Evasion Rating from your Body Armour
Axe Mastery
# Enemies you hit are destroyed on Kill
# Attacks with Axes or Swords grant 1 Rage on Hit, no more than once every second
Claw Mastery
# Enemies Poisoned by you cannot deal Critical Strikes


Double Evasion from Chest is worth an Ascendancy Point, that is insane value.
Axe gives you Destroy on Kill, not with an Axe, just Destroy on Kill with no conditions.
Axe also gives you an easy way to get Rage without giving in to a Rage support or the Zerker.
Claw Mastery gives you straight immunity to Crits, thats insane!


------- Overpowerd Brutal Value Strong Masteries
Poison Mastery
# Poisons you inflict on non-Poisoned Enemies deal 300% increased Damage
Two Hand Mastery
# 3% chance to deal Triple Damage
Lightning Mastery
# Lightning Damage with Non-Critical Strikes is Lucky
Critical Mastery
# !+3! to Level of all Critical Support Gems


Poison is a straight 4 times Damage Multiplier.
Two Hands is nothing short of 9& More Damage.
Lightning Mastery and Critical Mastery are bizzare in powerlevel, i expect a nerf immediately! (Lightning should have a chance for that Lucky part, like 30%)


Conlusion:
Those are some powerhouses especially when combined.
The Devs should reconsider some of those Values, im sure +2 to Support Crit gems would already be alarming, but +3 is too much.
The Axe mastery should be adjusted to be an Axe thing, so you have a condition to meet like Hits with Axes.
All of those above need some revision and tonned down a bit so that the other Mastery choises dont feel like a joke.

It's busted for leveling, and aso non-crit mana builds really like that notable. I played a non-crit doryanis fist mana berserker last league and it was mandatory for my build.



Speaking of lightning mastery, they were very generous in shifting most of the big cluster notables of expensive large jewels to the masteries

The +1 chain on non-projectiles is also insane.

its 100% increased on the chest, its still additive with other increases to evasion so its nowhere near as strong as something like juggernauts double body armour, which also has 3 other good stats on that node.


the 300% poison thing has always been a thing right? its only on the first hit. say you have 8 attacks per second, which is very possible with an endgame poison build, its basically giving you 4 stacks right away on the first hit, so its like you get half a second of extra dps on the target in practice. thats quite different to quad damage.

the 2h node is 6% more damage i think. the +3 crit supports, if ur using both crit strikes and crit multi with existing 21/20 gems its giving you 9% crit chance and 6% crit multi. is that a big deal? i dunno if thats even a small nodes worth of power. a small multi node is about 10%, so u get slightly over half a small node of that, and then a small crit chance node is 25%, so ur getting a fair bit less than half a node of crit chance. is that even worth taking?

seems like ud need to be using 3 crit supports before its even competitive with a random small crit node.

Poison Mastery is not 4x is 300% addition increase, mean if you allready have 600% increased damage for poisons it will result in 900% total for first poison.
And this is 1.5 multiplier only.

Two hand mastery is 6% more damage not 9.
you multiplied 300%*0.03 when you should multiply 200%*0.03 because you would deal 100% of damage anyway.
Masteries overall seem pretty meh. Much worse then i expected.

This shield in Addition to the Crit multi will from Mastery is super strong, i agree.

Also we will see how the futher nerf the Masteries, they remove the 500% Reflect alltogether after all.
