Curse clusters notables - what values are acceptable/make sense ?
So we had the curse / aura bot nerfs manifesto, claiming we wont be able to stack generic effect as b4 having to choose which curses we want to buff by picking specific notables in small clusters...
Is there any more info related to this yet and what are the minimum acceptable values on these small cluster curses notables for them to be worth taking ? For example 50% increased temporal chains, or 50% increased elemental weakness effect for each small cluster ? Edited Added info: Potential problem: If occultist ascendancy doesn't provide enough bonuses to curses/have a significant weight,the whole +curse that comes from gear will always be perceived as too op or just not competitive enough. Solution: Applying the new brilliant mastery passives solution to the ascendancy classes, in occultist should be like pick a significant bonus to a curse for those curse notables ? Example: When you pick profane bloom in occultist you unlock a curse mastery that lets u pick from a list of + 50 % effect to a specific curses each... I see no reason why the notables would change. They're moving to small Cluster Jewels to nerf them from medium clusters.

" The previous design had the huge flaw of you either going full generic +curse/cursebot and having too op support value, or not worth investing in + curses at all. I completely agree with a design where an occultist should let you invest in +curses as a competitive choice for a dps increase. No point theorycrafting that much yet before we see what Curse Mastery does. Could be that they moved some of the Cluster skills to them etc. Like what they did with some other masteries.
