Use Skill Points for Cluster Jewels or Mastery?

Did I miss something? Are you talking about the current mastery points you can select once you have like allocated all the points around one of the nodes in the skill tree, or is there something new in the works?

I agree and That is reason why I play multiple characters with each fit for different playstyle.

Mastery points are already where I am on the tree, and are just one more click away. Cluster jewel nodes are way off in the boonies, requiring a greater investment in points to reach AND a jewel I want to use.
