Random scourge boss spawns, now with random shifting too?

Based on this example from the announcement:



I assume,
- there are more than one scourge bosses
- maps can very rarely spawn totally randomly one of them
- (partially bugged) conditionals will be attached for all of them separately again
- random shift between realms, random found bosses to be killed in the randomly shifting timeframes.

If so, it sound way worse, what we had with the trialmaster's conditionals already.
All-time non-streamer luckless dropless rewardless tons-of-time-playing non-TFT-er 100% solo player.
So, it just turns out, we were lied to for years with the promises of a two-storied one PoE 4.0.
All these worse and worse beta leagues, all these braindead changes, all lead to this.
