I am afraid that it is not possible to transfer purchases, progress, or characters from your console account over to an account being used on the PC versions of Path of Exile, or vice versa. These realms are completely separate and purchases will not be able to be retroactively applied to a new account on a different platform. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause!
