Guild Hideout as a Solo Player

Was just wondering. As a SSF player without a Guild, can I buy and use a Guild Hideout for my solo stuff? I really like the underground cave one presented in the announcement vid.

You don't need to buy the Guild hideout as a solo player in order to use it.
