Transfer Cosmetic Items to another account?

Is possible transfare my steam account to another? or transfer my cosmetic items?

Hi there,
You should be able to change the Steam account your Path of Exile account is associated with from the Connection page on your profile here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections You may need to add an email address to your Path of Exile account before being able to unlink it from Steam however. |

" To elaborate a little on Kieran_GGG's post - you will need to add an email address to your Path of Exile account via the Manage connections link on your profile page first (please log in using the Sign in through Steam option). Once you have logged in and added an email address you then need to unlink Steam (also via the Manage connections options) before you can link an alternative Steam account.
