Physical Projectile Attack Spectre

I saw this one guy playing a spectre build and his spectres were really strong
they used a physical projectile attack

I asked him which spectre he was using but he didnt bother to respond

I dont know if it is ok to share someone else's build but this is his:

as you can see his spectres are supported by Brutality, Greater Volley and Vicious Projectiles.

Does anyone know which spectre could it be?
